As you browse my site I hope you will see how having a Doula can aid you at the birth of your baby and in the early days of motherhood.

As your Doula I would be there for you as an emotional and practical support. My role is to listen, encourage, affirm and simply be with you. I want you to feel safe and confident so you are able to let go and allow your body to do what it was created to do – birth and nurture the child within you.
